Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalised details entered during the ordering process are correct before completing their purchase.

Where road-legal number plates are ordered, customers must provide valid proof of identity and proof of entitlement to the registration number in accordance with current UK regulations before production can begin. Orders requiring documentation will not be manufactured until the necessary documents have been received and verified.

All products are custom-made to order. Production and dispatch times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control. While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, SS Plates cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any number plates fitted to a vehicle comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations. SS Plates accepts no responsibility for the misuse, illegal modification, or unlawful display of any product supplied. Any show plates or display plates sold are intended for exhibition, promotional, or off-road use only and must not be displayed on vehicles used on public roads where they do not comply with legal requirements.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery with their order number and clear photographs of the issue so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

SS Plates reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
