At SS Plates, every order is manufactured to order with care and precision. Once your order has been received and, where applicable, the required proof of identity and entitlement has been verified for road-legal number plates, production will begin as soon as possible.

We dispatch all orders same day; however, production times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that your package is on its way.

We offer FREE UK Standard Shipping on all orders. Delivery times are estimates provided by the delivery courier and are not guaranteed. While we work hard to ensure prompt dispatch, SS Plates cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. SS Plates cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to investigate and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
