At SS Plates, every order is Custom-made to your exact registration, specifications, and selected options. As a result, personalised products cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind or order the wrong registration details. We kindly ask all customers to carefully check their registration number, spacing, plate style, and delivery information before completing their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help, but once production has started or the order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
